Andy Drewery – Founder & Director of IFM
A recently retired semi-professional football player, Andy Drewery has been involved in the game for over 2 decades, as a player, manager, consultant and coach, which finally led him to branch out into what he describes as ”the next and natural phase in my footballing career”. After successfully working as a freelancer, he turned his attentions to creating Integrated Football Management (IFM) with headquarters in both Europe and Australia.
Currently, Andy works with footballers, coaches, clubs and academies as a consultant, scout and intermediary. Furthermore, he collaborates with IFM’s global business partners in countries such as Portugal, Germany, England, Scotland, Australia, Poland and India.

Luke Verinder – Co-Founder & Director of IFM
It was Luke’s passion for the game that brought him to Integrated Football Management (IFM). As a consultant, intermediary and scout with IFM, Luke promises a hands on personal approach to all football matters.
With a business degree and extensive experience within the Sales industry, Luke aims to be a driving force within the football industry by providing a professional seamless service that bridges the gap between players and teams. Having been a semi-professional footballer himself, he understands the competitiveness of the industry and the need for aspiring footballers to shine above their competitors.

Darren Walker – Football Consultant, Player Intermediary and Chief Scout
Darren was introduced to the company as he shares the same philosophy towards football and business as IFM. A former professional footballer from Scotland brings his extensive knowledge and experience to the table.
Darren, who is still part of the Scotland over 38’s national team, is an integral part of the company and works on building a network of established professionals in the football world with IFM’s global business partners in USA, The Middle East and The United Kingdom; furthermore, he assists in developing the company’s strategic plans and scouting channels. His commitment, hard work and negotiation skills make him a valuable member of IFM team. Darren will be the Director of the United Kingdom based Integrated Football Management, with its headquarter in Edinburgh, Scotland, which is planned to roll out over the coming months.
Romante Silyte – Operations Executive
Romante oversees ongoing processes within the company and is responsible for communication procedures, administration work and business contracts. She has successfully obtained degrees in Business Information Management and Organisational Culture Management from universities in Vilnius and Amsterdam; Romante also brings her working experience in 4 different countries in International Event and Project Management to a successful implementation of IFM goals.
