Andrew Drewery – Founder & Director of IFM
A recently retired semi-professional football player, Andy Drewery has been involved in the game for over 2 decades, as a player, manager, consultant and coach, which finally led him to branch out into what he describes as ”the next and natural phase in my footballing career”. After successfully working as a freelancer, he turned his attentions to creating Integrated Football Management (IFM) with headquarters in both Europe and Australia.
Currently, Andy works with footballers, coaches, clubs and academies as a consultant, scout and intermediary. Furthermore, he collaborates with IFM’s global business partners throughout Europe, The United Kingdom, Central America, South America, USA, Asia and Australia.

Luke Verinder – Co-Founder & Director of IFM
It was Luke’s passion for the game that brought him to Integrated Football Management (IFM). As a consultant, intermediary and scout with IFM, Luke promises a hands on personal approach to all football matters.
With a business degree and extensive experience within the Sales industry, Luke aims to be a driving force within the football industry by providing a professional seamless service that bridges the gap between players and teams. Having been a semi-professional footballer himself, he understands the competitiveness of the industry and the need for aspiring footballers to shine above their competitors.

Domagoj Pavina – Consultant, Scout and Player Fitness Coach
Football fan from day one, Domagoj started playing semi professional at age 9. Injuries made him stop with active playing so he turned to college, Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb where he is now finishing his masters degree.
From the first day of college Domagoj started working as strength and conditioning coach with football players and as a fitness coach in gyms around Zagreb. His coaching career took him to KK Cedevita Zagreb where he worked as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for four years with Croatian national team players as well as NBA players.
Besides basketball football was always his first occupation and with great contact network of professional football players and coaches it was the next logic step to start intermediary and scouting business. Domagoj found a new passion in this business as it gives him an opportunity to live football 24/7. Dynamic lifestyle and meeting new like minded people pushes him to do great things with the Integrated Football Management team. Domagoj heads up our Balkan and Eastern European scouting and consultancy regions in IFM’s Zagreb headquarters.
