IFM young Australian central midfielder, Joshua James Spencer (JJ), is currently playing at the FootballCV Academy in England and is getting great reviews. After receiving the ‘October player of the month’ award in 2016, he has gone from strength to strength proving he is an integral part of the team.
From what we have seen during his time at the FootballCV Academy, JJ is expected to thrive due to his exceptional drive, attitude, commitment and determination; all of which are necessary to be successful in professional football.
JJ recently returned to Australia for a 2 week semester break. During this time he spoke with IFM agent, Luke Verinder, about his football journey in England so far. JJ reflected on how he has really benefited from the high standard of coaching and the 6 day a week professional training program. He is determined to put this great experience to use by securing a professional contract in Europe.
IFM looks forward to projecting his footballing career to the next level. We wish him all the best for rest of the season. Watch this space!
The team at Integrated Football Management are happy to annouce that our young midfielder, Steven Drewery has signed a one year deal with NSW National Premier League side Sydney Olympic FC for the 2017 season.
Steven, a long-term servant of Marconi Stallions, was successful in a 2 week trial with Olympic, who are undergoing a new structure and have planned an exciting and innovative project which includes bringing on board experienced Portuguese Head Coach, Jamie Monroy Zamith.
Steven’s older brother and agent Andy Drewery said: “After discussing at length the project plan, philosophy and set-up on offer at Olympic with the Head of Recruitment Paul Jafari, we knew that it was a perfect project for Steven during his final year at university. I’ve known my brother’s talent, ability, attitude and professionalism from a young age. He had an opportunity to play in Scotland with Kilmarnock a few years back, and a few scheduled trials in Europe this year, but he is a goal-driven person and to his credit he wanted to stay in Australia and finish his studies first”. Sydney Olympic are one of New South Wales most prestigious clubs and it is also a nice long-term project that Integrated Football Management are happy to be a part of moving forward.
The IFM Team would like to wish Steven and Sydney Olympic all the best for the up-coming NSW National Premier League season.
On the last day of the winter transfer window Integrated Football Management completed an exciting deal for Australian-Croatian central defender Anthony ‘Ante’ Bakmaz, who, after playing half a season in Malta for Luxol St. Andrews FC transferred to the Baltics and will now be playing with Latvian SynoTip Virslīga team FK Jelgava. It is a big step for Ante’s career, as for the first time he will get a taste of Europa League football. We would like to thank our esteemed partner Aleksandrs Cekulajevs from MNG Sports Agency who assisted in the transfer. We wish Ante a successful upcoming season and look forward to watching his progress in the Baltics and beyond.
The Integrated Football Management European headquarters are relocating from the Mediterranean to the Baltics this month, after a year on the island of Malta. ”The change was adamant and helps in terms of the close ties that we have in Central Europe, the Baltic states and the United Kingdom; it also ensures that we have a more central transport hub into Scandinavia and Eastern Europe, where we will continue to grow our partnership channels and scouting network.
With Darren Walker heading up the United Kingdom from our Edinburgh base, it ensures that we have a more central base with great transport connections throughout Europe, the United Kingdom and across to Asia – and Vilnius, aside from a great city to live in, is a perfect location” explains IFM Director Andy Drewery.
The team is currently busy preparing for the up and coming European & Asian winter transfer window with clubs, partners and contacts across the globe, in particular some larger scale projects in China and England. Follow our Facebook page for any further updates and latest news heading into what we expect to be a busy few months for IFM.
